The core application and the brains behind the Sure Cure system is the Plant Manager.

The Plant Manager displays the real time temperature of each channel. It also displays various pieces of data for each channel as shown below. However, the main function of the Plant Manager is to operate the electronic hardware that makes up the system. The Plant Manager repeatedly measures the temperature of each channel, periodically storing these temperatures. It also continuously compares each channel's temperature against programmed values, opening or closing relays to maintain the desired temperature. The Plant Manager maintains a history of when relays are opened and closed. Statistical data is stored for each channel. For electric curing systems, the Plant Manager controls the electrical demand for the plant. When the Plant Manager stops, the system ceases to function.

Time Versus Temperature is the application which provides feedback on how your concrete cured. The feedback is in the form of a time versus temperature curve. Using this application, you can compare the concrete's actual temperature history to its programmed curve. You can also look at multiple channels on the same graph.

Set a Cure Cycle is for programming a specific channel or bed to follow a temperature curve or another channel's temperature. This application is used for programming cylinder molds to follow specific product temperatures. This application is also used to program a temperature curve for a product to follow. This program also stores programmed curves for reuse.

Set Bed Config is for defining a group of channels as a bed. This makes it easier to use the 'Set a Cure Cycle' application. Instead of programming each channel associated with a bed, you program a bed. 'Set a Cure Cycle' then uses the configuration defined by 'Set Bed Config' to program each of the bed's channels. This saves time and reduces errors.

SURE CURE Channel Config is for renaming channels to what the user likes. Instead of having the channels numbered 1, 2, 3,... and so on, the user can rename the channels to something better fitting. When the channels are renamed in this application, they will appear in the 'Plant Manger' with their new names.

Sieve Analysis is for applying gradation analysis to your aggregate.

Cast Record is used for creating a report that summarizes the data associated with a casting. It is also used to enter data which is analyzed using 'Concrete Analysis'. As shown below, there is data associated with the pour, the concrete, the breaks, the temperatures, and the curing.

Below is an example of a report produced by 'Cast Record'.

Concrete Analysis is used to sort and statistically analyze data entered into 'Caste Record'. Data is grouped either to analyze mixes or jobs. Have you ever had a customer ask you for a list of all the breaks for their job? 'Concrete Analysis' provides it almost instantaneously. 'Concrete Analysis' also provides average strengths and standard deviations for each of your mixes.

Below is a picture of what the print-out for Concrete Analysis looks like.

In the near future, our customers will be able to securely download their software updates and keys from this page. In addition, links to drivers for USB and serial ports will be located here.
