CONTROLLERS

Products Engineering offers many different controllers to monitor temperatures, operate SURE CURE cylinder molds, operate steam valves, and control our electrical curing system.

Full Feature Curing Control System

  • Is capable of monitoring up to 252 temperatures.
  • Is capable of operating up to 252 power relays for SURE CURE cylinder molds, hydration chambers, steam valves, etc.
  • Comes with software for graphing temperatures, operating molds, creating records, and keeping statistical data.
  • Electrical consumption can be checked and electrical demand can be regulated (with electrical curing systems).
  • Is capable of activating an alarm whenever a product temperature gets too hot or cold.

Micro Curing Control System

  • Contains fourteen thermocouple inputs for temperature monitoring.
  • Contains eight power relays for operating SURE CURE cylinder molds, hydration chambers, steam valves, etc.
  • Is capable of operating seven sets of cylinder molds to follow seven temperatures.
  • Comes with software for graphing temperatures, operating molds, etc.

Mini Curing Control System

  • Contains six thermocouple inputs for temperature monitoring.
  • Contains six power relays for operating SURE CURE cylinder molds, hydration chambers, steam valves, etc.
  • Is capable of operating three sets of cylinder molds to follow three different temperatures.
  • Comes with software for graphing temperatures, operating molds, etc.

Individual Cylinder Controller

  • Can operate one set of up to four SURE CURE cylinder molds.
  • The controller is 10 x 8 x 4 inches making it easily portable.
  • Is powered by 120VAC.
  • Is equipped with an on/off indicator, output indicator, and an open thermocouple indicator.

Wireless Curing Monitor

  • Contains six thermocouple inputs for temperature monitoring.
  • Communicates with the computer using radio waves allowing it to be placed some distance from the computer
  • Comes with software for graphing temperatures, operating molds, etc.

Custom Controllers

  • Can be a combination of any of the listed controllers.
  • Can measure other data such as pressure or load.
  • Comes with custom software for custom needs.
  • If we don't have what you are looking for, there is a good chance we can create it.

 

THE SYSTEM

SURE CURE Curing Control Systems have a wide range of functions from monitoring temperatures, controlling beds, driving SURE CURE cylinder molds, and much more(listed above). The Individual Cylinder Controller is strictly for match curing cylinder molds. The other controllers are larger but have more features. The controllers can be located anywhere within a thousand feet of the cast product. The Curing Control Systems allow the user to centralize their cylinder molds in the precast plant, rather than storing them with the product. Centralization eliminates many problems, saves time, and reduces quality control costs.
