Technical Support

In order to enhance service and support for our curing control systems, we are now offering reduced hardware pricing in combination with a technical support agreement. For customers who do not wish to purchase the technical support agreement, pay-as-you-go technical support is available.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGREEMENT

Includes:

  1. Unlimited phone and email support for both software and hardware problems.
  2. Repair of hardware at our cost plus any shipping charges.
  3. On-site service or training at $45 per hour (including travel time) plus expenses.
  4. Software upgrades as they become available.

New Systems (Term: 4 years, billed semi-annually)

  • Cost per month is based off of the size and configuration for a SURE CURE Full Feature Curing Control System.
  • $48 per month for a SURE CURE Micro Curing Control System.
  • $41 per month for a SURE CURE Mini Curing Control System.

After four years, the cost is adjusted based on the total monetary volume of business done with Products Engineering over the previous 12 months. For customers spending $3,000 and above, there is no cost. For customers spending less than $3,000, the cost is prorated based on business volume. After four years, the monthly charge for the service agreement on Curing Control Systems is adjusted depending on the size of the system.

Upgrade an Existing System

  • The cost to add a technical support agreement to an existing Curing Control System depends on how many channels the system has.

PAY-AS-YOU-GO TECHNICAL SUPPORT

(Terms: Credit Card or PO# On Approved Credit required)

  1. Phone support cost: $2.00 per minute with a twenty minute minimum ($40) per incident.
  2. Repair of hardware at our cost plus 60% and any shipping charges.
  3. On-site service or training at $150 per hour (including travel time) plus expenses.
  4. Software upgrades must be purchased at standard retail price.
